We are now announcing the most important investments of Azhar Holding in the real estate sector through the Belar Residential Project, which occupies the best locations in the Jawhara District, in cooperation with Wafi, the entity responsible for issuing licenses to practice off-plan real estate units in Saudi Arabia and the Sakani initiative that contributes to achieving one of its goals. The Kingdom’s vision is to raise the percentage of Saudi citizens owning their own homes to 70% by 2030.
Azhar Holding launched the Sama Aluminum Factory Company to join the list of its companies serving the construction and contracting sector. Preparations have been made to launch the company by equipping the factory with the best equipment and appointing the most skilled and experienced engineers to ensure the quality of manufacturing and meet the needs of the Saudi market.
